Dining at your own home is relaxed, children can walk around and go to bed when it’s time, no dishes to wash, no fuss, no time wasted in the kitchen, no shopping. No need looking for a taxi, no need to drive a the car, you can totally relax at home. and enjoy a delicious meal, a clean kitchen and a good night’s sleep. Don’t worry if you don’t have enough tablewate, glassware or cutlery, my storage is full and I will happily take it away for you and your guests. Eating from a beautiful plate also does something for the taste buds🤩
I have had the pleasure of meeting so many people, all kinds of nationalities, each with their own story. I have been to so many beautiful, special and, above all, very pleasant places. Young people, older people, groups of friends and families. Yes, they all have their own food cultures, but what strikes me is that they are all open to trying, they often enthusiastically follow the concept menus that I propose and they enjoy hearing more about the ingredients and backgrounds, and the matching wines.🍇🍷
I have now found my spots on the Costa, where I can buy the tastiest cheese, meat, fish, wine, vegetables and fruit. And just like everything takes longer here, shopping also takes time. And I do it with love❤️

Ik vind het een privilege om bij mensen thuis te koken 👩🏼🍳🌸 Mooie verhalen, direct contact en de verrassing op de gezichten als mensen hun eigen eettafel niet meer herkennen en blij zijn met de decoratie en natuurlijk de gerechten die op tafel komen 🤩
Thuis uit eten is relaxt, kindjes kunnen rond lopen en naar bed als het tijd is, geen afwas, geen gedoe, niet lang zelf in de keuken, geen boodschappen. Niet op zoek naar een taxi, niet meer in de auto, gewoon thuis. Na een heerlijke maaltijd een schone keuken en lekker slapen. Wees niet bang als je niet genoeg servies, glaswerk of bestek hebt, mijn opslag staat vol en ik neem het met liefde voor jou en je gasten mee. Eten van een mooi bord doet ook wat voor de smaakpapillen🤩
Wat heb ik al veel mensen mogen ontmoeten, van allerlei nationaliteiten, ieder met een eigen verhaal. Wat ben ik al op mooie, bijzondere en vooral ook hele gezellige plekken geweest. Jonge mensen, oudere mensen, vriendengroepen en families. Ja ze hebben ook allemaal zo hun eetculturen maar wat me op valt is dat ze allemaal open staan om te proberen, ze vaak met enthousiasme mee gaan met de conceptmenu’s die ik voorstel en ze het leuk vinden om meer te horen over de ingrediënten, de achtergronden èn de bijpassende wijnen.🍇🍷
Inmiddels heb ik zo mijn plekjes gevonden aan de Costa, waar is de lekkerste kaas, vlees, vis, wijn, groente en fruit. En zoals alles hier langer duurt kost het inkopen doen ook tijd. En ik doe het met liefde❤️
