Find your favorite flavor

Hola Chica; Of course, Spanish flavors to honour my home country for years: Spain. Delicious Mediterranean flavors come together in this mix: chili, oregano, thyme, garlic and pimentón. A nice mix to make chimichurri, but also delicious with chicken or other meat and peppers baked in the oven, for example!

Hola Bella; recently added, the new Italian spice mix you can use for bruschetta, pastas, pizzas and more. Well, I may live in Spain, but sssst: Italian cuisine is my secret love, and I tried to capture the elegance and depth in this new seasoning. Recipes will follow soon. Hola Cariño; started out as as seasonal product, but because of its popularity available now the whole year round. What is not to love about this sweet and aromatic mixture of cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg. This seasoning elevates cakes, cookies and savory dishes like stews and sauces. Hola Sayang; A tribute to my Indonesian in-laws. A family where everything is celebrated with food, sadness, happiness, farewell and welcome, eating together has its own, very nice meaning and they are a source of inspiration for my style of cooking. The mix consists of typical eastern spices: Djahe, Laos, Ketoembar, kunjit, Djintan and a little chili to spice it up. Delicious with rice, noodles or the countless Indonesian dishes I would like to share with you.

Hello Sweetie; One of my favourite vegetables is pumpkin and this American pumpkin spice mix is delicious in a pumpkin pie, but can be used in many more ways. I can never match my American brother-in-law Karl’s pumpkin pie, but this mix helps a bit. Cinnamon, piment, ginger, nutmeg, and a pinch of clove.

Hola Habibi; An Middle eastern spice mix, ras el hanut that I use a lot myself. Cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, turmeric, cloves, paprika, black pepper, and cumin. There are still many Moorish influences in Spain (hey, Moraira…) and this one certainly cannot be missed.
