Standaard uurtarief € 27,50 per uur
Dit uurtarief geldt voor alle Homecare diensten, maar dus niet de Private chef en catering diensten, waarvoor je altijd na de gratis intake een prijsopgaaf ontvangt. Het standaard homecare tarief is exclusief gebruikte materialen in geval van reparaties of aanpassingen in en om het pand. Deze worden vooraf ter goedkeuring aan jou voorgelegd.
Ook in geval van de boodschappendienst geldt het uurtarief en worden de boodschappen zelf 1 op 1 doorgerekend op basis van de originele bonnen. Er wordt altijd minimaal 1 uur voor deze dienst in rekening gebracht en deze kan vooraf betaald worden (tikkie/overmaken/cash)
Sleutelbeheer
Wij beheren jouw gecodeerde sleutel, dus niet met adres er aan bevestigd, in een speciale kluis. In geval van calamiteiten, speciale vragen etc gaan wij naar je huis. Voor deze werkzaamheden geldt het standaard uurtarief.
Controle Check per maand
We bepalen met elkaar de frequentie van de controle check. Dat ligt er natuurlijk ook aan hoe vaak het huis gebruikt wordt. De controle check duurt ongeveer 1 uur en dit wordt er gedaan: doorspoelen leidingen en toiletten, luchten, check sloten en apparatuur. Komen er additionele werkzaamheden uit de controle voort dan informeren we je en na goedkeuring worden de werkzaamheden tegen het standaard uurtarief verricht en gefactureerd.
Linnengoed wassen/huren prijs in overleg op basis van wensen
Opzet en beheer van Social media kanalen, boeking-platform en promotie huis in overleg op basis van wensen, maar kan ook met de service pas betaald worden.

- koop 20 uur en betaal 18
- koop 40 uur en betaal 35
- koop 60 uur en betaal 52
Het saldo is tot 1 jaar na aanschafdatum geldig. We sturen je eens per maand of eens per kwartaal een update van de bij-en afschrijvingen. Je kunt met de servicepas óók de La Sobremesa private chef activiteiten, catering, workshops of tafeldecoratie afrekenen! Maar zoals gezegd dit zijn afwijkende tarieven.
Prices la Sobremesa Homecare 2023
Standard hourly rate € 27,50 per uur
This hourly rate is for all Homecare service but does not include the Private Chef and catering services, since they are made to measure and we will discuss that pricing after the free intake. The standard Homecare rate does not include the use of specific materials and products in case of reparation or changes that need to be done in and around your house. We will discuss that pricing before the actual reparation or assembly.
In case of the grocery service we also apply this price and all the groceries will be charged at actual prices and receipts. We always charge a minimum rate of 1 hour, paid in advance.
Key management
We keep your keys coded in a special safe box, so there is no adres linked to it. In case of an emergency, special requests etc, we will pay a visit it to your house. The hourly rate is applied.
Monthly check up of property
Together we discuss the frequency of a check up of your property. This frequency depends also on how much time you or your guests use the house. A check up of your house takes roughly one hour and it includes flushing of pipes, toilets, airing, check of locks and appliances. If additional services need to be done after the check up, we inform you immediately and after your approval of the costs we take care of what is needed.

The balance is valid until 1 year after purchase. We will send you a regular update of withdrawals. It is also to pay with this card for the La Sobremesa private dining, catering, workshops and table decorations. As explained, for these services apply different prices.
